CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following cancellation policy before booking your appointment: * Cancellation Notice: Appointments may only be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation. * Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. The only exception is if I need to cancel your appointment due to circumstances on my end. In that case, your deposit will be refunded or applied toward a rescheduled appointment. * Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. * Late Arrivals & Policy Compliance: Clients are responsible for arriving on time and following all booking policies. Failure to do so, including excessive lateness that prevents the appointment from being completed, does not qualify for a refund of the deposit and may result in the appointment being canceled and the full service fee being charged.
